Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons pink lemonade mix
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Ice cubes
  • Maraschino cherries and tiny umbrellas Optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream and the pink lemonade mix.

  2. Using a whisk, hand mixer, or stand mixer, whip the mixture on high speed until the cream has thickened and stiff peaks begin to form.
  3. Prepare two glasses by adding one tablespoon of pink lemonade mix to each glass.

  4. Pour 3/4 cup of water into each glass and stir well until the powder is fully dissolved.

  5. Add ice cubes until the glass is approximately two-thirds of the way full.

Notes

Ensure your heavy whipping cream is very cold before whipping to get the best structure and stiff peaks. Serve immediately, or store leftover cream in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
