Transfer the batter to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with a corner cut off. Then, carefully pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk (or strawberry juice), and vanilla extract until smooth. Add red food coloring if desired.

Dip cooled donuts into the pink glaze. Place them back on the wire rack. Sprinkle with festive sprinkles.
