- Crush the Oreos: Using a food processor, finely crush the entire package of Oreo cookies until they resemble fine crumbs.1 package Oreo cookies
- Combine the Mix: In a large bowl, mix together the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese. Mix well until fully combined and there are no large lumps of cream cheese.1 package Oreo cookies, 8 ounces cream cheese
- Roll into Balls: Roll the Oreo mixture into 1-inch balls. Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill: Place the baking sheet with the rolled Oreo balls into the freezer for at least 15 minutes. This will help them firm up and make them easier to dip.
- Dip: Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, making sure to fully coat it. Use a fork or dipping tool to carefully lift the truffle out of the chocolate and allow any excess chocolate to drip off.16 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
- Decorate: Immediately sprinkle the coated truffles with Valentine's Day sprinkles before the chocolate sets.Sprinkles
- Set and Serve: Place the decorated truffles back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and allow the chocolate to fully set. You can speed this up by placing them in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
