  • 1 package Valentine Cream Cheese Oreo Cookies finely crushed (14.3 oz)
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened

  • pink sprinkles for decoration

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Mixer (Hand or Stand)
  • Tablespoon or Ice Cream Scooper
  • Freezer
  • Airtight container

Method
 

  1. Place your Valentine Cream Cheese Oreo Cookies into a food processor and pulse until they are finely crushed into crumbs.

  2. In a mixing bowl, using either a hand or stand mixer, combine the softened cream cheese with the crushed Valentine Cream Cheese Oreo Cookies crumbs. Mix until everything is well combined.

  3. Using a tablespoon scoop ice cream scooper, scoop mixture into balls. Carefully roll for a round surface.
  4. Place the balls in the freezer to chill for 30 - 45 minutes.
  5. Dip the Valentine Cream Cheese Oreo Cookies into the crushed Oreos crumbs or add pink sprinkles. Return to the freezer until you’re ready to serve.
