In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In separate small bowls, mix a few drops of gel food coloring into each portion of dough, creating red, blue, green, and yellow doughs

Take small pieces of each colored dough and press different colors together to form a small ball. Repeat using the different colors until a cookie shape is formed. Place dough balls onto baking sheet and flatten with the palm of your hand.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
