Ingredients
  

Cheeses
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese cubed
  • 8 ounces brie cheese round
  • 6 ounces goat cheese log
  • 4 ounces gorgonzola cheese crumbled
Fruits
  • 1 apple thinly sliced
  • 1 pear thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Nuts & Extras
  • 1/2 cup walnuts shelled
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Crackers assorted

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice all fruit. Unwrap the cheeses.
  2. Place the cheddar, brie, goat cheese, and gorgonzola apart from each other on a large board or platter.
  3. Arrange apple and pear slices around the cheeses. Scatter grapes and dried cranberries in open spaces.
  4. Sprinkle walnuts artfully around the board.
  5. Drizzle honey over the goat cheese or in a small bowl for dipping.
  6. Surround the board with crackers of your choice. Enjoy!
