Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Gravy Base
  • 10.75 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 oz dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste (optional)

Method
 

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
    2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix, and chicken broth.
    10.75 oz condensed cream of chicken soup, 1 oz dry onion soup mix, 1/2 cup chicken broth
  3. Add flour, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper to the bowl and stir well.
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  4. Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked through, shred it with two forks.

  7. Stir the shredded chicken back into the gravy.

  8. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
