  • 1/4 cup protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 1/4 cup sweetener of choice e.g., maple syrup, honey, or stevia
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Red Hot Cookies White Chocolate roughly chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Combine the oats, almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.

  3. Add the applesauce, sweetener, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.

  4. Mix all ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Gently Fold in the Red Hot Cookies White Chocolate .

  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
