Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup lemon seltzer such as PolarĀ®
  • as needed ice cubes
  • lemon slices for garnish (optional)
  • pickle spear for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a small pitcher or jar, combine the freshly-squeezed lemon juice, dill pickle juice, and honey.

  2. Stir the mixture vigorously until the honey is fully dissolved and the liquids are well combined.
  3. Fill a tall glass to the brim with fresh ice cubes.

  4. Pour the pickle-lemon mixture over the ice.
  5. Top off the glass with the lemon seltzer and give it a gentle stir to combine.

  6. Taste and adjust to your preference by adding more honey for sweetness or more pickle juice for briny flavor.
  7. Garnish with a fresh lemon slice and a pickle spear. Serve immediately and enjoy!
