Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, drizzle chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.

Spread sliced onion and minced garlic evenly in a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish.

Scatter egg noodles over the onion and garlic. Pour chicken broth over the noodles.

Place seasoned chicken breasts on top of the noodles.

Cover the pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, stir in frozen peas, and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the noodles are tender.

Remove the pan from the oven. Stir in butter and Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.

Garnish with fresh parsley (optional) and enjoy immediately!
