  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Pasta & Sauce:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles cooked and drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
Topping:
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well until everything is well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cooked egg noodles, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
  4. Gently fold the chicken mixture into the noodle mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, crushed Ritz crackers, and melted butter.
