Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Make sure they are evenly coated.
2 lbs chicken wings, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper
Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
While the wings are baking, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan, combine honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).
1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp lemon zest, 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it is slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and immediately transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the lemon pepper honey glaze over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp lemon zest, 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, 2 lbs chicken wings
Serve the Lemon Pepper Wings with Honey hot and enjoy the burst of flavors! Garnish with extra lemon zest or a sprinkle of lemon pepper seasoning, if desired.
