- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper.1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 2 lbs chicken wings
- Arrange wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

- Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
- Remove wings from oven and immediately toss them in the Lemon Pepper Wings Honey sauce until evenly coated.

Notes
Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes based on your preferred spice level. For extra crispy wings, broil them for the last 2-3 minutes of baking, watching carefully to prevent burning.
