  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Martini Glass

  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Add the vodka, lavender syrup, fresh lemon juice, orange liqueur, and lavender bitters.
2 oz vodka, 1 oz lavender syrup, 1 oz lemon juice, 0.25 oz orange liqueur, 2 dashes lavender bitters
  3. Shake hard for about 12 to 15 seconds. You want the outside of the shaker to feel very cold and frosty to ensure the drink is properly chilled and diluted.
  4. Strain the mixture into your prepared martini glass. For a very smooth and clean look, you can use a fine-mesh strainer.
  5. Finish the drink with a lemon twist and a small sprig of lavender. Express the lemon twist over the glass first to release the citrus oils.

Notes

Chill your martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving to keep the drink crisp. Always use fresh lemon juice instead of bottled to ensure the best flavor balance.
