Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 1 pack slider rolls 12-count, like King's Hawaiian, halved lengthwise
  • 6 oz deli ham thinly sliced
  • 5 oz salami thinly sliced
  • 5 oz pepperoni thinly sliced
  • 9 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/3 cup pepperoncini sliced
  • 1/3 cup pickled hot cherry peppers sliced
For the Butter Topping
  • 1/4 cup salted butter melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet or Rectangular Pan

  • Pastry Brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lay the bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet or pan. Layer on slices of ham, then top with salami, a layer of pepperoni and a layer of provolone. Then layer on sliced hot cherry peppers and sliced peperoncini. Replace the top bun.

  3. In a small bowl combine melted butter with Italian seasoning and crushed garlic. Mix to combine. Then brush the seasoned butter mixture over the top of the sliders, being sure to coat all the nooks and crannies.

  4. Cover the sliders with foil then bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven then slice and enjoy! Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping if desired.

Notes

Make-Ahead Tip: Assemble sliders (with butter topping) up to a day ahead, cover, and refrigerate. Bake as directed, adding 5-10 minutes if cold from the fridge.
