Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through and browned on all sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Bring the sauce to a simmer. Slowly pour in the cornstarch slurry while stirring constantly. Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet with the honey garlic sauce. Toss to coat the chicken evenly. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to glaze the chicken.
