- Prepare the dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until a smooth dough forms. If the dough feels too sticky, add a tablespoon of flour; if it is too dry, add a little extra yogurt.
- Roll the dough: Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Using a rolling pin, roll it out into a rectangular shape, approximately 12 inches by 9 inches and half an inch thick.
- Assemble the rolls: Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, making sure to leave about half an inch of space around the perimeter.
- Add toppings and roll: Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce, along with any other desired toppings. Carefully roll the dough up tightly, jelly-roll style.
- Slice: Using a sharp or slightly wet knife, slice the log into 8 to 10 equal pieces.
- Air fry: Lightly grease the air fryer basket or line it with parchment paper. Brush the exterior of each roll with milk or olive oil. Place them in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook: Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Remove and serve immediately.
Notes
Depending on the brand of Greek yogurt used, your dough may be wetter or drier, so always keep extra flour on hand to adjust the texture. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure the air circulates properly and makes the edges crispy.
