- Prep the Beef: Pat the beef cubes dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the Beef: Add the beef cubes to the skillet and sear on all sides until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness (about 3-5 minutes for medium-rare).
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic!
- Combine: Pour in soy sauce and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
- Coat the Beef: Add the seared beef back to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter sauce.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
