Ingredients
  

Burger Filling
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese cut into 1-inch squares
Dough
  • 10.2 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Flatten each portion and place a cheese square in the center. Shape the beef around the cheese to form a small ball, ensuring the cheese is completely sealed.

  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 8 equal squares.

  4. Place a beef ball in the center of each dough square. Bring the corners of the dough up and pinch together to seal.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.

  6. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley (if using).

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown.
