  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Equipment

  • Large Skillet

Method

  1. Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Ensure each piece is well coated.
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant, without burning.
4 tablespoons butter, 6 cloves garlic
  4. Simmer the Sauce: Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. This adds extra flavor.
1/4 cup chicken broth, 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  5. Combine and Serve: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the garlic butter sauce. Stir to coat the chicken evenly. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
