- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, salt, and pepper. Cook, breaking up the beef with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 pound ground beef, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- Unroll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll up the dough.
- Slice the roll into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Arrange the rollups cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder and parsley.4 tablespoons butter, 2 cloves garlic, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the rollups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Optional: Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup or mustard.
