Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (10 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish (optional)
For the Garlic Butter
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, salt, and pepper. Cook, breaking up the beef with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.

  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and dill pickle relish.

  4. Unroll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.

  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough.
  6. Starting from one end, tightly roll up the dough.
  7. Slice the roll into 1-inch thick pieces.
  8. Arrange the rollups cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder and parsley.

  10. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the rollups.
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
