  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 1 mango peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 orange peeled and segmented
For the Honey Lime Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

  1. Prepare the fruit: Wash all fruits thoroughly. Hull and quarter the strawberries. Peel and slice the kiwis. Peel, pit, and dice the mango. Peel and segment the orange. Ensure all fruits are bite-sized.
  2. Combine the fruits: In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the prepared strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwis, mango, and orange segments.
  3. Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
  4. Dress the salad: Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture. Gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly.
  5. Chill (optional): For an even more refreshing taste, cover the fruit salad and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15-30 minutes before serving.
