- For a more authentic theme park look, transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip and pipe the whip into glasses in a swirl motion.
- Serve immediately while the consistency is firm and cold.
Notes
For the best creamy texture that mimics soft serve, always use full-fat canned coconut milk and high-quality frozen fruit. If the mixture is too soft to pipe immediately, place the blender jar in the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up.
