Ingredients
  

For the Crust:
  • 14.3 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
For the Filling:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries gently rinsed and patted dry

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough on the prepared baking sheet. Press the seams together gently to form a solid rectangle.

  3. Sprinkle the dough with the sugar. Bake for 9-12 minutes, or until light golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

  4. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the slightly cooled crust.
  6. Gently press the fresh raspberries into the cream cheese filling.
