- Cut chicken breasts into even, 1-inch cubes.1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- In another bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dredge each marinated chicken cube in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange chicken bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
