Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on all sides (this will help when removing the fudge).
In a large, microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter.

Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir well. Repeat in 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth and melted. Be careful not to overheat!
Stir in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, vanilla extract, and salt until evenly distributed.

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the top with extra crushed freeze-dried strawberries for garnish, if desired.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into squares.
