Easy Ingredient Strawberry Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Equipment

  • 8x8-inch Baking Pan
  • Parchment Paper
  • Large microwave-safe bowl

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on all sides (this will help when removing the fudge).
  2. In a large, microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter.

  3. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir well. Repeat in 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth and melted. Be careful not to overheat!
  4. Stir in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, vanilla extract, and salt until evenly distributed.

  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the top with extra crushed freeze-dried strawberries for garnish, if desired.

  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into squares.
