Ingredients
  

For the Cookies:
  • 1 box red velvet cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
For the Topping:
  • 36 Hershey's Kisses unwrapped

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and milk. Mix until well combined – no lumps!

  3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place the cookie dough balls 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set.
  6. Immediately press a Hershey's Kiss gently into the center of each cookie.

  7. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
