  • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1 (10.25 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese, sliced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (optional)
For the Au Jus
  • Reserved juices from the beef after slicing
  • 1 cup beef broth

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, whisk together the French onion soup, water, and Worcestershire sauce.

  3. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
  4. Add the thinly sliced roast beef to the saucepan and heat it through, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. Optional Cheese: Slice Provolone cheese to top the slider buns

  6. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally.
