  • 1 cup baby spinach or other leafy green
  • 2 soft boiled eggs halved

  • Sesame seeds
  • Sriracha
  • Nori seaweed sheets cut into strips

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Broth: In a large pot, combine chicken broth, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, sugar, and red pepper flakes (if using).

  3. Cook the Noodles: While the broth simmers, cook the ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Assemble the Ramen: Divide the cooked ramen noodles among bowls. Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
  5. Add Toppings: Top each bowl with shredded chicken, green onions, and baby spinach.
