Notes

For the most flavorful Devilled BLT Egg Sliders, always start with high-quality, fresh eggs. Perfectly cooked bacon is essential; aim for crispy but not burnt. Don't overcook the eggs; a slightly soft yolk ensures a creamier texture. When mixing the yolk mixture, taste as you go and adjust seasonings to your preference. Feel free to experiment with additions like a dash of hot sauce or a sprinkle of chives for extra flavor. To prevent soggy sliders, assemble them just before serving. If you're preparing them ahead of time, keep the deviled egg mixture and BLT toppings separate and assemble right before serving. Lastly, toast the slider buns lightly for added texture and flavor contrast. You can change the Dijon mustard with yellow mustard.
