Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
Dill Pickle Delight
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
Veggies & Herbs
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1/4 cup celery finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
Creamy Base
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise light or regular
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, add shredded chicken.
    2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
  2. Stir in chopped dill pickles and dill pickle juice.

  3. Add diced red onion, celery, and fresh dill.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.

  5. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture and gently toss until well combined.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
