In a medium bowl, add shredded chicken.

Stir in chopped dill pickles and dill pickle juice.

Add diced red onion, celery, and fresh dill.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.

Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture and gently toss until well combined.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
