- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.1 pound ground beef

- Transfer the mixture to your Crockpot.
- Arrange biscuit dough quarters over the meat mixture.10 ounce refrigerated biscuit dough
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1-2 hours, or until biscuits are cooked through and cheese is melted.
