Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot. Lightly season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

Pour the marinara sauce and cream of chicken soup over the chicken. Add chicken broth.

Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken easily shreds with a fork.

Remove chicken from the crockpot and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.

Add the softened cream cheese and stir until completely melted and smooth.

Gently stir in the tortellini.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Let it cook for about 30 more minutes, or until the tortellini is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
