Sauce
  • 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Serving (Optional)
  • Cooked pasta or rice for serving

Method
 

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.

  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and easily shreds with a fork.
  5. Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks.
