  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Vegetable Goodness
  • 1 package frozen spinach 10 ounce, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 can artichoke hearts 14 ounce, drained and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Flavor Boosters
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Large Bowl
  • Baking dish or oven-safe skillet

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, and minced garlic.
  4. Add red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges. The top should be lightly golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Thoroughly squeeze spinach dry to prevent watery dip. Don't overbake - heat until bubbly but avoid excessive browning. Use high-quality Parmesan for richer flavor. Can add lemon juice to brighten flavors. Thaw frozen spinach completely and press out all excess water. Can be made ahead and refrigerated for 24 hours before baking for enhanced flavor. Serve with baguette slices, pita chips, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables.
