  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Pasta:
  • 1 (12-ounce) package medium pasta shells

Method
 

  1. Cook the Pasta: Prepare the pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Sauté the Aromatics: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Season: Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
