  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Cream Cheese Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk or broth (chicken or vegetable)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional Toppings
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Red pepper flakes, for a little heat

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the baking dish.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, milk/broth, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
    8 oz cream cheese, softened, 1/2 cup milk or broth (chicken or vegetable), 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and red pepper flakes, if desired. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
