Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
In a bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing mix, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken.
Place the cream cheese on top of the chicken.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and easily shreds.
Shred the chicken with two forks right in the slow cooker.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Ensure everything is well combined.

Let it melt for additional 5-10 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
