  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend the 16 oz container of cottage cheese using a blender, food processor, or immersion blender until smooth.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly across the bottom of a casserole dish.
  5. Layer the marinara sauce over the cottage cheese, then top with mozzarella cheese and turkey pepperoni slices.
  6. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with pita chips and sliced mini bell peppers for dipping.

Notes

Blending the cottage cheese helps maintain a smooth texture when heated. You can also make a single serving in the microwave by using 1/4 of the ingredients and heating for 20-35 seconds.
