Cottage Cheese Flatbread

Two ingredients and 35 minutes is all you need to make this high protein and low carb Cottage Cheese Flatbread! This one is super cheap, easy to make, and has endless variations for any craving.

  • 2 large Large Whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Oregano

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Add all of your ingredients into either a food processor or blender.
  2. Process or blend them until smooth.
  3. Take out a baking sheet, line it with parchment paper, and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
  4. Pour your mix onto your baking sheet and evenly spread it out and shape it however you want.
  5. Top it with a little Oregano or anything else you want for more flavor.
  6. Put it into the oven on 350F/176C for around 30-35 minutes depending on how thick or thin it is.
  7. Remove it from the oven once it starts to brown and let it cool completely.

Notes

For a thicker flatbread, bake for up to 50 minutes. These freeze great and can be used for wraps, sandwiches, or pizza crusts.
