  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened (2 sticks)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat: Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

  3. Cream Butter and Sugars: In a different bowl, cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.

  4. Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.

  5. Combine Wet and Dry: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

  6. Fold in Mix-Ins: Gently fold in Cookies Box and chopped nuts.

  7. Drop by Spoon: Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake: Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Cool: Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
