  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Vegetable Medley
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
Optional Add-ins
  • 1/4 cup black olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the chopped red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, and parsley to the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Stir in any optional add-ins you desire, such as black olives, cheddar cheese, or garlic powder.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve with your favorite crackers, baguette slices, or crudités.
