  • 1 oz Coconut Cream Full-fat recommended for richer texture
  • 1 oz Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1.5 oz Soda Water Chilled
  • 1 oz Prosecco or Sparkling Wine Dry or Brut recommended, chilled
  • 1 Lime wheel For garnish
  • 1 Mint sprig For garnish

Method

  1. Prepare the Glass: Fill a wine glass or a large cocktail glass with ice cubes.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine the coconut rum, coconut cream, and lime juice.
  3. Shake well until the mixture is smooth and thoroughly chilled.
  4. Pour and Top: Pour the shaken mixture over the ice in the prepared glass.
  5. Add the soda water and stir gently to combine.
  6. Top with the Prosecco or sparkling wine for a fizzy finish.
  7. Garnish: Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
  8. Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Coconut Spritz.

Notes

For an even richer texture, use full-fat coconut cream. Pre-chill your sparkling wine and soda water to keep the drink colder for longer. Gently slap the mint sprig before garnishing to release its aroma. Please drink responsibly.
