- Cook the chicken: Rinse and pat the chicken breasts dry. Season with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165-170°F.2 chicken breasts, 2 tablespoons olive oil, Salt and pepper

- Assemble the wraps: Lay a tortilla flat. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, chicken, and cheese.6 burrito size tortillas, 1 cup sour cream
- Fold and wrap: Fold the sides inward and roll tightly like an envelope.
- Grill the wraps: Grill in a clean pan over medium-high heat for a couple of minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
Always grill the wraps after assembly to create a delicious crust and provide structural integrity. Be careful not to overfill the tortillas, or the wrap may break and be impossible to seal properly.
