- In a large pot, sauté diced carrots, celery, and onion in a bit of olive oil or butter until softened, about 5-7 minutes.1/2 cup Carrots, 1/2 cup Celery, 1/4 cup Onion
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.4 cups Chicken Broth
- Add the egg noodles and cook according to package directions, usually around 8-10 minutes, until tender.1 cup Egg Noodles
- Stir in the shredded or diced cooked chicken.2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast
- Season with salt, pepper, and dried parsley.1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper, 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
- Let simmer for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Taste and adjust seasonings to your preference.
- Ladle into bowls and serve immediately. Enjoy!
