Ingredients
  

Broth & Chicken
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth for a rich, savory base
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast shredded or diced (tender and protein-packed)
Noodles & Vegetables
  • 1 cup Egg Noodles dried (the classic noodle choice)
  • 1/2 cup Carrots diced (adds sweetness and color)
  • 1/2 cup Celery diced (adds a subtle, savory note)
  • 1/4 cup Onion diced (for aromatic depth)
Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper adds a touch of spice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley for a fresh, herbal flavor

Method
 

  1. In a large pot, sauté diced carrots, celery, and onion in a bit of olive oil or butter until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
    1/2 cup Carrots, 1/2 cup Celery, 1/4 cup Onion
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.

  3. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package directions, usually around 8-10 minutes, until tender.

  4. Stir in the shredded or diced cooked chicken.
    2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and dried parsley.

  6. Let simmer for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Taste and adjust seasonings to your preference.
