Ingredients
  

For the Beef
  • 1 pound ground beef lean or regular, your preference
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Base and Toppings
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle chips chopped
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • Optional avocado slices, cooked bacon bits, fried egg

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and break it up with a spoon.

  2. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain off any excess grease.

  3. Divide chopped romaine lettuce evenly among four bowls.

  4. Top each bowl with a generous portion of the cooked ground beef.

  5. Add shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, red onion, and pickle chips to each bowl.

  6. Drizzle ketchup and mustard over each bowl.
