Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large cremini mushrooms
  • 4 ounces Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms softened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean mushrooms by gently wiping with a damp cloth. Remove stems.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together softened Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms, breadcrumbs, parsley, and minced garlic.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms mixture.
  6. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
  9. Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.

Notes

For the most flavorful result, ensure your Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms is properly softened before mixing with the breadcrumbs, parsley, and garlic. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet. If your mushrooms are releasing too much liquid while baking, drain off the excess halfway through. Experiment with additional ingredients like sun-dried tomatoes or Parmesan cheese. Broil the mushrooms for the last minute or two for a crispy top.
