- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean mushroom caps with a damp paper towel and remove stems.

- Spoon the stuffing mixture into each mushroom cap, mounding it slightly.
- Place mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and stuffing is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients - freshly grated Parmesan has better flavor than pre-shredded. Clean mushroom caps thoroughly but avoid soaking to prevent waterlogging.
