Combine lemon juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Toss apple slices in the mixture until well coated.

Microwave the apple slices for 2-3 minutes, or until pliable without breaking.

Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the apples are tender.

While the roses are baking, heat the apricot jam with water in a small saucepan until melted and smooth. Once the roses are out of the oven, brush with the warm apricot glaze.
