  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes. Pat dry with paper towels.
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, ranch dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
1 cup panko breadcrumbs, 1 ounce ranch dressing mix, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  3. In another shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
1 large egg, 2 tablespoons milk
  4. Dip each chicken cube into the egg wash, then dredge in the ranch coating mixture, ensuring it's fully coated and pressing gently so it sticks.

  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding. You may need to cook in batches.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
